Job profile  -

Conducting Internal audit as the plan.  

Design, facilitate and implement existing / new process in production / assembly lines Study and implement capacity management activities for planned and projected production requirements.  

Plan, develop and implement projects to improve productivity, process efficiency and deliver yield improvement

Ensure documentation of processes in authorized formats / Advanced Product Quality Planning 

(APQP) guidelines and provide inputs / feedback on process improvement activities

Maintain or improve process stability/capability

Implementation of new products / equipment and documentation

PPAP Document completion for both Customer & Supplier.

Daily rejection review & take corrective action.

Interact with supplier for day to day online problems and take
