Having good experience in printing and packaging field.   

Taking complete responsibility of quality checking in printing, lamination process, slitting and pouching stage.  

Matching the shade as per customer approved sample. Also looking after about all quality parameters according to technical qualifications at all stages.  

Making shade card to provide customer for approval.   

Verifying the process parameters as per std parameters for particular job.  

Prepare standard operating procedures of machines used in lab for testing.  

Handle Laboratory Equipments and Equipments Software.(Universal Testing M/C, Burst strength, Electronics thickness gauge, MFI, COF,  Bond, sealing,& much more.  

Making COA as for every consignment as per given standard value.  

Coordination with planning  production  logistics teams.  

Maintain quality records on daily basis like IR report,FR report on daily basis.
