Handling & Reporting of Daily Production report which include.

Machine size change over (Thickness change, length change & width change) as per planned time.

All Type of Master Batch Mixing in Mixer Machine in Different Colours and As per Standard.

Operate & Maintenance of all Extrusion processing M/C like Cutter,Manual & Automation Mixer & Skirting Extrusion M/C.

Handling & ensure availability of Spare parts (Material) which are require for daily operation.

Operation & Maintenance of machine parts like Die (T-type), Emboss roller, Screw barrel,BarrelVacuum, Hydraulic Cylinder,VFD,Motor Load checking.

Ensure & maintain 5s working environment in machine.
