I have handled  5 layer lamination machine (sumitomo, made in Japan) &  (deckwang , made in korea ) ,Sam (Korea)

Worked in SAP environment 

Overall responsible for the Quality and Productivity of the products.

Job involved, day-to-day production planning of machine.

Carrying out breakdown and preventive maintenance of machine.

Handling manpower, In-house planning of the dept.

Leading the several Project of LAMINATOR Department by applying 6 Sigma Tool

Support to solve Quality Issues & Internal, External complaints.

Support with vendor development activities.

Attending customer complaints, Root cause analysis and establishing Action plan for controlling and solving the problems.(CAPA)
