Assurance of healthy availability of UPS system, to protect the critical loads through timely PM and batteries capacity test.

Conducting daily meeting before starting work and conducting tool box when required.

Prepare daily progress report  and manpower utilization.

Maintenance of heat ex-changers, Vessels , Air handling Unit , Chiller Plant .

Predictive maintenance  of cooling tower( fins change if require for Delta T maintain).

Continuous monitor water complex, cooling tower, chiller plant, fire fighting equipment and keep them available all the time.

Checking availability of material for individual lines.

Operation and maintenance of DG sets  and air compressor.
