If any technical issue at vendor end,  because of process problem Or tooling problem, then complete it with help & coordination with Quality , Engineering & production to establish process

Rework Management - need analysis and action to reduce repeated types of rework & rejection( with help of PDCA , 7QC tools , 5S , Kaizen )
