Job profile  -

Responsible for Production Planning & Assembly Planning for every new project/tools.

Production Scheduling & Dispatch Planning for every projects/tools.

Arrange project review meeting for better clarity to the team.

Responsible for making easy flow between Assembly, Design and Project Teams.  

Introduction of cost effective material handling systems on assembly floor ensuring minimum WIP.

Solve technical/non-technical issues during assembly & monitor, highlight them to relevant 

dept. for rectification.  Bottle necks and manufacturing cycle optimization.

Coordinator for Promoting the Lean and Kaizen culture in plant.  Introduce operational excellence program within plant.  Development of Machine and Manpower utilization studies for improved organizational profitability.

Raw material planning based on consumption.  

Responsible for planning & scheduling the production as per orders received from Marketing Department.

Production & Production Plan Monitoring, Adherence with the shortages review for Next order

Managing the Production Plan to complete the assembly in time.  Raise purchase order and follow up Purchase Requisitions.

Material Requirement Planning through Oracle modules.

To maintain and update Routing & BOM in Oracle system.

Preparing of Monthly & Weekly Production Plan & day-wise production schedules.

Customer Order Priority Management & Fulfillment.

Coordinate with Production Team for updating of Tentative Date of Dispatch and timely dispatch of 

orders as per Tentative Date of Dispatch.

Manpower budgeting and planning and calculating production incentives monthly, quarterly and yearly.

To analyze and maintain stocks required for raw material, movement of raw materials for stage wise 

Production/Machining as per plan through Oracle Inventory modules.

Coordinating with QA and Design Departments for Pre and Post Production activities.

To create and update Safety stock levels, Minimum Order Level and Economic Order Quantity as per the material consumption and analyzing supply and demand
