Job profile  -

Issuing Proforma invoice and punching sales order in system. 

Execution of orders till dispatches including follow ups with plant and other respective departments for executions of jobs. Maintaining MIS reports with regards to sales tracking, job details, dispatches etc. 

Coordinating with direct customers/Agents regarding orders updates. 

Issuing Specs/Artwork/SO in ERP as per approved sample or as per customer specification. 

Order completion as per requested delivery date by customer. 

Follow up with Plants for cylinder proof/cylinder engraving status/Epson. 

Sending samples to customer for industrial trails, sample analysis, FCP approval. 

Arranging PDF for customer approval from graphic team Managing UK operations - coordinating with warehousing team/forwarders/customers for deliveries. 

Sending arrival notice to forwarders for upcoming containers in advance. 

Sending call off notes/delivery notes/inwards to customer/warehousing team.
