Job profile  -

Responsible in transactions for importing machinaries and equipments.

To supervise the Maintanance Department activity.

Responsible for Maintanance &  Troubleshooting as well Preventive maintenance for all factory Machineries Like Screw Compressor, Water Chiller, Cooling Tower, Mixer Machine, Scrap Grinder Machine, Conveyor, EOT Crane Etc.

Responsible for for power supplier, generators, distribution of loads + cabling Factory, accommodations, offices (power supplier, refrigeration, lighting, , Air Condition), Forklift, Trolly, (service and maintenance support of dispatch section)

Develops the production machines, safety system & organize the working hours with periodic checking.

Responsible in checking all the Fire Fighting system like Fire extinguisher, Fire hydrant system.

Gives training to the foreman in Electrical and Pneumatic machines for making corrective and preventive maintenance for all prodution machines.

Maintaining the all records & Data related ISO Standards & Procedures.

Production Data Collection and This base to Machine efficiency Related Work Analysis.

Cost Saving Related work.
