Job Profile - Responsible for Production, Planning, Inventory of materials, dispatch in timeline and wastage control.

MIS Report of Production, Planning, Efficiency, Wastage, Dispatch and RM.

Inventory control as per BOM and maintain its flow as per production and dispatch planning.

Stock should be maintain at its minimum and maximum limits as per describes standards.

Maintain FSMS & QMS points and Improve in unit.

Manpower handling, allocation of work to workers and employees as optimum output can be possible(500 workers)

Maintain and develop QA as per product requirement.

Acquire knowledge of stock reconciliation and stock audit.

Able to manage domestic and international dispatch schedule of orders.

Sustain and improve 5s on the shop floor.

Maintain maintenance schedule on monthly and weekly basis.

Responsible for the production plan, Quality of Product, dispatch as per target.

Operation management for all the process within the unit.
