Able to make laminate for various types of packing like oil, tea, biscuit, snacks, noodles, highly volatile chemical (pesticides, hair die), soap, detergent, shampoo & chewing tobacco etc. 

Complete knowledge of  solvent less adhesive

Responsible for product quality

Responsible for internal audit like process audit ,skills matrix audit solvent less machine.

Implementation of  5s in company.

Monitoring & ensuring to solve issues found during the in house process and product audits.

Responsible for all customers (internal and External) complaints concern with quality.

Take corrective and preventive action on behalf of customer Complaints.

Follow up & standardization of action plans.

Support the new product development implementation in the manufacturing 

To monitor and review the rejection /Rework levels in the manufacturing operation & solve chronic problems to reduce in house rejection arising.
