Do the in-process inspection of hand moulding and RTM machine process. 

To carryout all purchased product inspection at our receiving end or at supplier end.

To carryout supplier visits and development related activities.

To carryout UT inspection of composites wind blade and LPT inspection in welded part of incoming material. 

To take corrective & preventive actions.

To maintain rejection analysis by N.C. reports.

To maintain GRN clearance reports. - For all receiving material.

Impart proper training to supervisor & operator to enhance better output.

Knowledge of CAPA, PFC, PFMEA, 8D report, CP.

To prepare quality related data of daily, weekly, and monthly & submit to manager
