Job profile - 

As a validation leader, co-ordinate with the team (Production, Tool,QC) to complete the planned task.

Regular Zoom Meeting with the customer and solve the customer queries.

Validation Protocol preparation, review of protocol report and submission of 

validation report to customer and get approval from customer.

Review of analytical data of QC and production reports.  Responsible for GMP, GLP, Safety related documents.

Preparation of CAPA reports, Handling of Deviation and preparing the 

investigation reports for the same.

Preparation of ECN (Engineering Change Note), STPs (Standard Test Procedure) & 

SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure) and ensure the ECN actions are implemented successfully.

Conducting internal audits for compliance in Safety, On-line documentation and 

GMP.  Document preparation and support for the external/customer audit.

Co-auditor for the supplier audit.

Preparation of Minitab report (MSA,ppk,cmk,DOE,etc) for the validating components.

Preparation, review, and release of BMR for the ongoing products.

Preparation of Dashboard and APR reports.  Review, release, and control of documents like drawings, specifications, work 

instructions, formats, etc.

Conducting training on validation protocol, and GDP (Good Document Practice)
