Responsible for maximizing Sales, Distribution through leveraging the planned resources & infrastructure at the Area Level with in the values and parameters set by the company. 

Managing a territory with strong understanding of distribution 

Responsible for the business operations & top line of all Organized Dealers in geography.

Setting and strengthening of Distribution system

Supply Chain Management.

Creative Planning for sales related activities for the area to drive volumes, visibility and reach.

Ensuring of Trade Marketing programs in Key Accounts as per agreed calendar.

Responsibility of end-to-end Key Account Management, from business delivery, negotiation, closure & maintenance of Commercial Terms, to Share Gain and visibility & promotions planning & execution

Ensuring execution & adherence of on-ground aspects of Commercial Terms & Agreements made centrally between Company & Distributers/Channel Partner.
