Coordination and planning of DPM & PM activities to improve machine run time as per schedule 

Has a sound knowledge of Auto Assembly Machines ( Pre-installation toMajor Breakdown )

Also have a good Experience of Foil machine , Refill machine , Pad printing machine , Sticker

Machine , Blister packing machine , Shrink packing machine

Implementation of Safety rules and regulations during routine and maintenance job, Also take Risk 

assessment and HIRA of machines and do needful action on it

Manage spare parts and consumable spares for preventive action and also well manage the spare store

Making MRN for purchasing spares part and consumable for maintenance.

Maintain ISO documentation

Also conduct good training with operator and team mates for machine operations

Conduct daily meetings and make strategies for daily maintenance and projects.

Performing periodic inspection on plant, machinery and automated systems
