Company possesses a patented technology with it based on inhouse research of fly-ash sand lime bricks. Company is providing turnkey supply of Plant & Machinery to various parties in India and abroad. 

Job Profile 

Initially associated with company on project basis. The company shifted its production facilities from, was responsible to shift press section of the plant. The job included dismantling P&M, repair and maintenance, packaging of P & M, transportation and its erection, commissioning at site in new layout plan. 

Afterwards worked as shift Incharge and over the period learned the technology with measures to adopt flyash utilization. This is a highly sophisticated plant with full automation. The P & M include Boiler, Autoclaves, Compressors, Pumps, Cranes, Earth moving equipments, Hydraulic and Pneumatic controlled machines, Material handling system. 

Now looking after various responsibilities including Material and manpower planning, Production Planning and Quality Control, Inventory planning, Quality verification and acceptance, Record of Break down maintenance, preventive and predictive maintenance, Spare part planning, Incorporation of MIS system.
