Job profile - 

Leading Design Activities for New and Current Projects in all phases of new product development which includes Delivering concept Designs, architecture, Design Release, supplier interfaces, manufacturing introduction, Testing and Validation, release Final Machine specifications, scope of supply documentation and service support

Developing robust designs for new, special, or existing products that can be produced economically and according to established project timelines

Working on PDM/PLM systems associated with engineering release processes & change notice, Bom management and proficient in Creo & PDM windchill & GD&T

Performing mechanical design work, making analysis, basic Engineering calculations & proper material selection for design solutions

Aligning meetings with CFT for Design reviews and performing DFMEACreating technical reports and manuals for ease of operation and passing the learning to the new members in the team

Ensuring documentations including Machine specifications as per ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 & also inter-department audit as an Internal Auditor

Revising & altering detailed and layout drawings to conform to engineering changes;
