Plan New mold assy. Monitoring of mold trial & trouble shooting. Mold inspection & Approval.

Plan shooting of Slider. lifter & Pad. Child part Bedding & Main Bedding.

Plan maintenance of regular running tools. New mold development & document of molds as per IATF guidelines.

Conduct feasibility study for tool modification. Conduct tool breakdown analysis; and handle maintenance work.

Minimise tool breakdown time by spare arrangement. Plan & implement P.M.

Evaluate tools & corrective action. Control inventory of molds spare parts & man power planning.

Accountable for non - conformance recording, root cause analysis and implementation of counter measure.

Plan layout; accountable for vendor validation report and application of new technique for improving profit
