Responsible for preventive, breakdown and upgrade Mechanical Maintenance to ensure the proper functioning of automation and features of the plant machinery and quality control equipment.

Deliver the hands-on exposure Mechanical work and troubleshooting for best operations of the machines like Vacuum Metalizer, Slitting,

Rotogravure & flexo Printing, Solvent base & less Lamination, Extrusion, blown film line, special

poaching, Hot melt coating and shrink sleeve machines.

Planning and scheduling for preventive maintenance of machines and keeping their records.

Organizing the manpower for their best utilization and capacity enhancement.

Generate daily and monthly breakdown reports and maintain history cards of machines and

Analysis the same with the help MTBF & MTTR method.

Ensure the availability of all domestic and imported spares in store within limit and maintain the same.

Identify the critical spares for all machines to ensure maximum machine availability.

Daily meeting with the team, joining production meetings and aligning the activities as per business priority.

Assign, supervise and daily review on status of current and pending work against target time.

Implementsfor sustaining the systems like ISO, 5S & Kaizen.
