Job profile - 

Part CAD / tooling feasibility (DFM) review & share with customers.

Ensure Final tool cut CAD, Specifications sheet, Shrinkage, Steel Details, Polymer details, IMM details, Project requirements or other inputs before design kick-off.

Conducting Spec meetings for mold design review, mold development plan, Final mold design approval with Customer.

Estimations on development lead time, manufacturing hours, material procurement & share tool development plan with Customers.

Study Mold Flow analysis and its solutions, drop finalization & coordination with HRS supplier.

Progress follow up as per time plan and status updating to client & make counter plan if any delay.

Attend Mold trials and countermeasure the issues / defects, optimize process parameter, cycle time validation as per target.

Customer interaction and coordination for approval of Molds, parts and conducting various testing as corrective.

Ensure Part inspection report/G&F and concern matrix check during trial for part Approval

Analysis for part improvements for Dimensional & aesthetic correction after Post trial

Actively participate for grain approval/ grain mapping with supplier and customer for cavity grain process.

Conduct buyoff / HVPT trail before tool dispatch & tool commissioning and final part approval for PPAP at production location.

Prepare ECN costing and lead time feasibility share to the customers.

Understanding of mold costing and follow the work according to budget.

Get quote and negotiation finalize the suppliers for CF, Grain, outsource.

Monitor CF development and supplier visits for progress monitoring.

Monitor for release PO and the stage wise cash flow as per terms agreed on project kick-off.
