Monitoring and planning daily maintenance activities of mould breakdown,scheduled and preventive maintenance

Developing vendors for new and existing products, follow up for on time delivery, cost control/cost effective 

Conducting audits to enhance quality of products & reduce rejection level & rework

Communicate with purchase team for mould accessories, raw materials and consumables for new mould development as well as mould breakdown activities

Implementation of KAIZEN and 5S in shop floor and peripheral areas

Directing ,instructing and supervising maintenance technician

Engineering change notice implementation in mould

Practical knowledge in operating machines like EDM ,Drilling, Lathe ,Milling , Surface Grinder, Power hacksaw
