Job profile  -

Blow molding machine (18 nos cavity head Austria make soplar).

Bottom blowing m\c BMU (Blow moulding unlimited) Soplar.

Blow moldings products up50ml to 5lts.       



Responsible for Production Handling and Material Management. Responsible for handling Thermoplastic Materials for Extrusion Blow Molding M/C.

Leading & successfully managing a team of person.

Managing the daily activities and allotting tasks to the technicians.

Ensuring that all the moulds are in good working condition.

Responsible for co-relating and synchronizing the process parameters with Quality.

Responsible for regular maintenance of machines, molds and auxiliary equipments.

Responsible for maintaining and updating and all documents.

Proactively identifying areas of obstruction / breakdowns and take steps of rectify the equipments through     application of trouble shooting tools. Plastic process setting.
