Customer approval by studying job in advance there by reducing shade matching waste and time also on the press.

Analyses the wet ink sample and input for the stranger jobs.

Online shade matching with customer approved shade cards.

Online trouble shooting related to ink.

Checking online ink gsm of printing output.

Calculate exact ink consumption for the particular jobs.

To maintain the fresh as well as dilute ink stock on daily basis.

Customer complaint analysis (related to inks).

Checking of solid content of fresh inks as compare with TDS.

Provide technical support to production team in  ink related issues.

Good knowledge of various types of inks system and solvents.

Checking of delta E values of each and every job to know the exact shade we are giving to customer.
