New vendor development, cost innovation, and cost reduction as per plant requirements.

Prepared cost comparison of material pricing.

Managing the mechanical manpower for the area & assigning specific responsibilities according to their experiences and skills. 

Formulating models of all Engg. Activities like preventive & Predictive Maintenance, breakdown analysis (WWA), troubleshooting, planning of shutdown & ensuring effective control over the system.

Breakdown & root cause analysis with proper countermeasures. 

Maintenance and overhauling (Dismantling, Inspection, measurement, Repair/Replacement of internal parts) of Gear Box, Couplings, Water and Hot Oil Pumps, Fans, Root Blowers, etc.
