Managing Plant utility requirements and delivers in required quantity and Quality.

Responsible for Generation and distribution of Plant utilities i.e., Air /Water /Steam/Refrigeration load/Power.

Co-ordination with user, technical discussion With Vendor, consultant to finalization of Equipment's/spares.

Utility and HVAC Equipment Selection, Preparing Technical Comparison i.e., Chiller, Cooling Tower, Pump, Air Compressors, Air

Dryer, Air Filter, Boiler, PRS, Hot water Generators, Condensate recovery, water treatment Plants.

Preventive maintenance of Utility Equipment's as per its defined schedule according to ISO 14001 & 45001

Responsible for any downtime due to unavailability of Utilities. i.e., Air, Water, Steam, HVAC

Breakdown maintenance, Predictive maintenance Condition monitoring etc.

Verification of Daily utility Reports of operation assessment.

Major Involvement in Special Approval Projects, Capex, Plant & infra, Work permit compliances, Safety, LOTO, JSA, OSHAS, HIRA,

EMS and other statutory compliances.

Generate Purchase request & co-ordinate with SCM dept. for Timely delivery of Spares/Equip.

Inventory Management/Indenting Spares/AMC Renewal /Painting & Insulation/Fire Fighting system/ISO

Audit/Documentation/Preventive maintenance/OSHAS/BRC Audit etc.

Implement best practices and drive a team for energy saving improvements. TPM-5's, Safety, KAIZE, WHY WHY ANALYSIS Etc.
