Job profile - 

Preparing the daily inventory report and analyzing the material aging and maintain the safety stock at any point of time.

Preparing the daily shipping plan for FG warehouse against the delivery plan to customer and monitoring the dispatch operation with logistics term.  

Receiving the regular just in time Raw material and packing material receipt note from  procurement term and follow the domestic vendors.

Ensuring the smooth material floe from warehouse to production line and customers.

Maintaining the inventory documents in ERP and circulate with internal department.

Ensuring on time GRN and parking the supplier invoices in ERP. 

Warehouse stock maintained.

Warehouse new location creation.

Responsible for receiving the FG

Responsible for storing and stock maintaining

Maintaining the stock of FG and consumables parts.

Dispatch the finish goods (Domestic & Export)

Verify GST value in receiving invoice.

Preparing every month MIS report.

Every month inventory 99 % matching and maintain.

Maintain system vs physical stock in ERP 99 %.
