Senior Tool Room Engineer.

Presently working with a leading Manufacturer of TV, AC, LCD, Refrigerator, Washing M/c, DVD Layer, Mixer Grinder, Water Purifier, Air Cooler etc. 

Job Profile: 

Troubleshooting/debugging mold designs capability to organise & manage the tool manufacture in a systematic & methodical manner. 

Production planning 

Handle ISO documentation 

Supervise the activities of the tool dept manage the toolmakers including the supervision / training of the machine operators & assembly operators etc. 

Managing a modern tool room with experience of manufacturing molds for the Engineering industry having exposure to design & manufacture of Moulds and experience on toolroom machinery. 

Responsibilities:

Direct reporting to the D.G.M OF TOOL ROOM. DISCUSSION ABOUT PLANNING OF MOULD. Looking all over the tool room leading the group leader of tool maker 

Study of mould Design Preparation process plan for moulds one by one job inspection 

Final assembly, trial attempt, troubleshooting, modification & mould maintanance.
