Job Profile - Randomly check the production inspection and test of PVC profiles and sheets to ensure the process quality control being achieved.

Online inspection of printing materials and maintain records.

Good skill of laboratory testing as requirements of product (Physical, Mechanical & Thermal), and calibration of inspection instruments.

Prepare all inspection related documents as required by customer and submit to the senior management.

Prepare qualification test procedures.

Carry out the internal audits to check the compliance in the ongoing production process and finished products.

Issue non-conformity reports and follow up the timely closures from our department.

Assist seniors in performing the new Production trials and raw materials approval qualification tests.
