Job Profile - Operated and performed maintained function on the plastic mould.

Operated plastic blow mould machinery to ensure the production of quality bottles.

Ensured productivity and accuracy in daily.

Completed production targets within deadline.

Monitored product for any quality issues.

Followed all GMPS and master cleaning schedule. Responsible for Quality and in time. Kept track of scrap and maintained a clean work area.

Operating the machine Korea, Kautex, CMP, Ferromatic and Mepper.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are following (5S) rules in our Plant. We Aware about HMP and 

GMP. 

Overall responsible for the Quality and Productivity of the 

products. Job involved, day-to-day production planning of machine.

Carrying out breakdown and preventive maintenance of machine.

Handling manpower, In-house planning of the dept. 

Support to solve Quality Issues & Internal complaints.
