Responsibilities 

Designing & Planning of Concealed Electrification under the structure specially designed for oil fields. The total responsibility for installation of various detectors like smoke, pH, humidity controller, pressure gauges etc, desired for laboratory purpose at oil fields projects. As this is a ISO 9001, company I?ve to carry out all responsibilities regarding maintaining of ISO norms as well as carried out ISO audit & report preparation there of. 



Quality Assurance Engineer (QAE) 

July 2002 to August 2003

Worked with GOYOLENE FIBERS PVT LTD. 

It is a fast growing company in the field of PVC / XLPE Power Cables up to 33 kV, Control instrumentation Cable, Thermocouple PVC flexible wires, FR /FRLS and law Halogen wires.

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, My job responsibilities for various testing on cables, at different stages of manufacturing, are as under. 

High voltage Test. 

Insulation RESISTANCE Test. 

Conductor resistance Test. 

Hot deformation and shrinkage Test. 

Partial Discharge Test. 

All other Material related tests are verified & conducted under my supervision. 



Assistant Quality Assurance Engineer (AQAE)

Uniflex Cable is reputed ISO 9001 Company, which made quantum leap in the field of cable manufacutrining with their products viz. JFTC / Power control Elasto and optical fiber Cables, Power cables and House Wires. It has achieved superiority in the manufacturing of marine cables.
