Presently working with a leading company manufacturing High tensile fasteners, Precision engine Components, Stud items, Threaded and Non Threaded components. Major customers are DELPHI TVS, GREAVES COTTON, SAME DEUTZ FAHR Ltd [same tractors] etc. 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILTIES: 

Manage overall quality in Production, Incoming and Final Inspection. 

Maintaining ISO Documents in Quality Department 

Ensure the quality of the dispatch components. 

Layout Inspection as per schedule 

Analysis the rejection data. 

Responsible for overall quality towards customers end. 

Calibrate the instrument such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Snap Gauge, Plug Gauge, Etc.
