The company is certified to ISO/TS: 16949 by T?V, and the major supplier to Chrysler, BMW, AUDI, and Volks - wagen.GM . 

Major Duties and responsibilities:

Working as a Management representative. Actively Involved in implementation of ?Quality Management  System?.

Responsible for In coming, Out going and in- process quality of product and process.

Responsible for Preparation of Documents (PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP,Q-Plan, QM Plan, Mile stone chart, Feasibility study, GP run @Rate  etc)

Responsible for Analysis & study of Production & Quality Status by SPC (Cpk & MSA).

Responsible for Monitoring FIFO &   traceability. Daily line rejection analysis.

Performance of Quality related measures for Motivation.

Planning of Quality data collection and evaluation. Analysis and maintain documents like PPM trend charts.

Performing internal System, Process, and Product audits, Safety Audits and 6 ?S Audits.

Planning and Controlling/ calibration  of Measuring and Test-Equipments.

Creation of Proof plans and Proof instructions.

Responsible for customer support & handling Customer complaints.

Planning of Quality related corrective Actions.

Co- ordination of external/ internal customer Quality demands.

Settlement of external/internal Reclamation

Organising various training programs i.e. SPC, MSA, 6?S and On the Job training.

Hand on experience on various equipments i.e. profile projector, Universal testing machine, Duro meter, Specific gravity meter, IRHD Hardness tester, Compression set test, and Rheo meter etc.

Preparing the production plan according to the order situation and maintaining the inventory level accordingly to meet the requirement.

Passing the first  ISO/TS 16949:2002 audit in 2006

Passing the customer Audit (Volks Wagen) and got ?A? grade supplier status.
