Preparing NC(Non-Conformity) report if any defects found in sample at any stage and coordinate with respective department.

Preparing CAPA (corrective action and preventive action)report for customer complaints.

At extrusion stage, analyzed thickness,gsm,opacity,dart impact strength,tensile strength,elongation,c.o.f,sealing strength,shrinkage of a sample and visual defects like melt fracture, die lines, master batch lines

At printing stage,checked text matter,shade matching with customer approved sample,winding direction,ink gsm and tape test.

At slitting stage , done the rub test for printed film to ensure the quality of printing.

Knowledge in ERP regarding inward quality approval, Item creation for new jobs and giving new job meet approval.
