Job Profile - Responsible for in process inspection of job carried out in extrusion Department. Related in shop floor activities such as 5-s and Kaizen.To solve product problems during procand set up. Direct dealing with man power.To carry out production according to the given plan. Daily entry of production report.Control rejection at in-house analyzing the problem.Rejection& Rework review and analysis, find root causes.Give training for quality & productivity Improvement to operators.Involved in the implementation of system in the company for the improvement.
