Production Control

Managing production operations involving preparation of die change and line up machines from production point of view and ensure timely accomplishment of production targets within the time.

Developing, managing and monitoring the performance of multi skilled work force and conceptualising need-based training programs for maximising operational efficiency. 

Managing the functions of troubleshooting for reducing machinery downtime to minimum.

Conducting process audits reviewing existing processes and re designing the same for enhancing operational efficacy and achieving maximum cost savings.
