Should have to define the pouch size acc. to the weight. need to suggest the primary film in which printing is taking place. should have to suggest the ink & adhesive system depending upon the content to be stored in. Have to execute several trails to find out the new solution cost effectively and value added one.need to evalute the trial samples with the help of several equipments such as Universal Testing machine,Hot tack machine, Gas chromrotography, Co-efficient of Friction,Dart impact tester, optical destitometer, Spectrophotometer etc. Should have to maintain the records properly for easy traicing & documentations. Have to take care of ERP system for the excise duty.
