Job profile 

New product/customer/vendor validation & verification by conducting product trials in- house and at customer place. Prepare conclusive trial reports and make standard technical data sheets before commercial clearance.

Ensure all projects completion as per target and meet to intended design, quality and functionality, commercial feasibility.

Represents for customer quality interactions including customer complaints and analysis (RCA/CAPA), Supplier quality management, standard work for audit processes

Provide day to day effective management leadership to Quality & production team, maintain & improve the company's existing QMS as per BRCGS, HARA and GMP.

Conducting Internal Audit. Supplier Audit, Customer Audit, Product Audits.

Ensuring compliance (IS, EU, US FDA, GB-China) with production standard & continuous improvement in process capability during the manufacturing process.

Practicing Quality standard and responsible for Quality up-gradation & productivity with key emphasis on improving quality.

Job profile - 

Ensure that all finished goods are tested against the defined quality norms, and defectives products/items are being taken from the lot. 

Ensure for the Quality Checks and norms are strictly adhered in final products before making dispatch at the customer site. 

Ensure all the defectives products are brought to the knowledge of the respective concerned department and to the managements, and to be marked as non-conformance with proper documentation. 

Ensure all quality log book are adequately filled, managed and data is analyzed on time, also to prepare reports as per requirement and analysis product data sheet and update management.

Understanding and knowledge about quality standard & proficient in implementation of techniques like etc.

To random and sample check plans, as per quality standards, and the same has to be maintained without any deviations. 

To coordinate with the production and store department for the better quality of product. 

Ensure that all Finished Goods / Raw Materials are tested against the defined sampling plan (as per IS 2500).

PDI and cum COA report generation of each lot prior dispatch.

Production first part sample approval is done according to the requirements of the customer.

Analysis of customer Sample & preparation of the Sample for customer approval.

Container Loading Inspection Abnormal condition of the RM / PM containers is checked for any signs of pest infestation on the RM / PM containers, presence of any objectionable materials etc.

Online trial of new product development, such as master batch, Polymer.

IQC (Incoming Quality Control): Assuring the incoming material fits for the conversion process.

OQC (Outgoing Quality Control): Conducting details assessment for finished goods to ensure the strength and durability of the goods.

Take plant trials and do the internal testing as well as do the testing at customer site or third party, 

Make new product all tested properties comparison report with existing product.
