I am working as a Quality Control Engineer for Molding and Assembly line.

Responsible for All quality documents.

Layout inspection Report.Pre dispatch inspection with customer.

Responsible for Testing of products as per customer requirement like- High Voltage Tester, Ip Test.

Testing- , MFI,  Climate chamber ,Impact Tester

Why Why Analysis Rejection analysis (WHY-WHY ANALYSIS )

Raw Material Like as   ABS, PP, PC, etc. also

Ensure that all Finished Goods / Raw Materials are tested against the defined sampling plan (as per IS 2500).

Ensure for the Quality Checks and norms are strictly adhered in final products before making dispatch at the customer site. 

Ensure all the defectives products are brought to the knowledge of the respective concerned department and to the managements, and to be marked as non-conformance with proper documentation. 

Ensure all quality log book are adequately filled, managed and data is analyzed on time, also to prepare reports as per requirement and analysis product data sheet and update management.

To random and sample check plans, as per quality standards, and the same has to be maintained without any deviations.
