Preparing program for CNC Milling using CAM software ?Cimatron ? For manufacturing of  Automotive & Electronic component moulds.

The company involved in Manufacturing of Injection moulds and supplying of Plastics Parts    & Sub Assembly Parts for the Giant Customers like SONY, SHARP, ALPS ELEC, LIKOM, TOTOKIKI, HIROSHI and 3M CONNECTERS.                  

JOB RESPOSIBILITIES:                  

Duties include planning  all related process for the manufacturing of New Mould parts.

Making root map for every process, and distribute to the respective person.

Interacting with Design Department  for the releasing the mould drawing. 

Making program for the Wire EDM & EDM machine.

Planning for  machine loading for all conventional & CNC machines like Milling, WireEdm and Edm  for the manufacturing of mould parts and electrodes.

Follow-up the Mould assy section to meet customer schedule.

Attending  the mould tryout  to observe the mould function. 

Braining storming with respective dept and follow-up until the mould approval.

Supporting to production department for the regular maintenance and customer modification 

Maintaining the ISO documents.
