Roles & Responsibility.

Monitoring all inspection and Production issues correction by maintenance person.

Checking that all product in a shift.

Looking out defects in a Products.

Maintain the FIFO as per lot no of material.

Well Versed with the Knowledge of IBM-, Zhongya, kely, & uniloy Machine.(IM Machine , L & T , Nigreey Bocise )

Knowledge of CGMP.

Monitoring and Controlling Process Parameters.

To achieve the targeted production quantity while maintaining the quality of the product.

Handling manpower.

Maintaining of 5S in shop floor

Proper charge hand over after shift end.

Must be follow GDP (good document practice).

To identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems related to Injection molding and injection blow molding machines.

To work closely with other engineering teams and optimize plant's operation

Planning and Implementing Maintenance Schedules & Documentations for Preventive and Breakdown maintenance.

Mold change,mold setting,product Setting & hendaling of mold from tool room to Production shop flor & Producation Shop floor to tool room .

Cheking product Quality .

Awareness Of Running Product & its Batch no.

Auxiliary Unit monitorinh.

Tool box ,tool Trolly Maintain & 5S Done.

Product Defect & its Solution.

Proper Communication With Shift Engineer/opertator.

If require material preparation.

Instruct m/c Operation.

Verification of rejecation with the leg & its Bag.
