Job Profile :

Responsible for all the engineering activities.

Responsible for the machine down time related to electrical as well as mechanical break downs.

Responsible for utility like power factor panel, Transformers, LTpanel, Power 

Factor panel, Air compressor , and chillers plants etc.

Maintenance of Different types of Cranes like EOT, JIB cranes.

Any types of machine can read very well electrical circuit diagram solve the problem.

Identification of critical spares and makes the list and maintains the same.

As per schedule preventive maintenance done 

Focus on documentations related to ISO . 

PLC related issue in breakdowns or any modification in electrical circuit done.

Maintenance related work like new purchase requisition, preventive maintenance, 

Machine related breakdowns with proper Corrective action preventive action entry done in SAP. Continue-- 2

Over all plant calibration records maintained as per ISO.

Daily, monthly, quarterly &yearly checkpoints of all machines and utilities are carried out for avoid breakdowns.

Weekly& monthly analysis of repeated breakdowns and take proper preventive action for same. 

In any breakdowns occurs repeatedly find the proper root cause of breakdowns and take proper preventive action for improve productivity. 

Proper manpower handling efforts and excellent communication skills with superiors and colleagues on plant.

Give proper trainings of all plant machineries to team for run plant smoothly.

Practical hand experience on Injection molding machines,

Belnding machines &Grinding machines,hopper loader& cooling tower.

Production

Proper manpower handling and m/c by utilising the the available resources. 

Process handling . 

To target the Production according the decision of management.

Trouble shooting of Injection Molding products.
