Job Profile : 

Knowledge about Visual inspection &Dimension of Pipes .

Knowledge about MFI,CBC,CBD, Reversion Test,Density , Ash content, Moisture content,

Tensile Test (UTM) , Impact test, VST, Opacity test,DMC Test,Pressure Test (HPT) and Resistance to sulphuric acid, Ring stiffness and Ring flexibility test Testing of Raw Materials like PVC Resin, Calcium carbonate & calcium Zink stabiliser.

Responsible for total quality control of finish goods .

To design the materials according to specifications given by customers 

Handle third-party  inspection & BIS inspections. 

Handle customer complaints .

Final inspection of finish good .

Maintaining BIS Documents. And all quality &testing related test reports &documents .

Define job responsibilities of QC personnel's & delegate the same.

Give basic training to QC personnel. 

CO-ORDINATE with inter department for quality related problems &feedback 

Feedback on customer complaints &coordinate of ISO,IS ,standard procedures. 

Collect production samples for QC testing .and compared results form manual and computerised quality analysis methods 

Travel to customer sites as required (i.e. presentations ,corrective action, report etc.)

Responsible for the manufacturing production goods and their quality under all the

Wastage analysis& reduction.

Checking and setting Machine Parameters for Wall Thickness, OD & ID check, Length, Weight.
