Maintenance and assembly of injection molds

To carry out change-overs according to the change over request.

Carry out preventive maintenance as requested.

Mold setup,running trials and troubleshooting.

Follow up the machining process.

Carry out modification and engineering correction as requested.

Give feedback to designers,if required.

Maintain 5s.

Support and guide trainees and juniors.

Documentation of work done or requested.

Troubleshooting of molds.

Inspect the part and ensure its within the given specifications.

Ensuring 5s is strictly followed.

Guide and support the operators.

To carry out preventive maintenance as requested.

Updating the maintenance and related activities in the log book.

Inspect the final part and ensure its within the given specifications.

Ensuring 5s is strictly followed.

Guide and support the trainees.

Manufacturing and assembly of injection molds .

Machining follow ups.

Plan electrode details.

Carry out insert suitings and matching with in the machines.

Prepare sketches for machining.

Preparation of debugging charts for sample correction.
