 Air Pressure  For proper forming, to maintain wall & Bottom strength of product.

 Vacuum  For proper forming, to maintain wall & Bottom strength of product.

 Ejection  For proper ejection of Product.

 Upper Plug Assist To avoid wrinkles on product.

 Lower Plug Assist its help critical product  & button lock product to eject easily from lower forming mould.

 Temperature To avoid improper forming, to make sharp forming as per design & Lock, Wall & Bottom strength of punnets.

 Cutting mould to align for proper boundary cutting, Put paper / Sim to avoid Improper cutting/Cracking issue.

Punching(To provide Holes for ventilation)is based on customer requirement
