Job Profile :

Maintenance and troubleshooting of field instruments (Using HART-475,HART-275) Flow transmitters(Dp type, vortex & Mass flow), pressure

transmitters, temperature transmitters, level transmitters(DP type, capillary & Radar).

Calibration of field instruments with Universal calibrator and Dead Weight

Pressure Gauge Tester, Manometers, Thermobath.

Overhauling, maintenance and testing of positioners (Pneumatic & E/p), actuators, control valves, on-off valves viz. Ball valve, globe valve.

Planning and Execution of Shutdown/Breakdown activity along with ISO documentation.

Carrying out predictive & preventive maintenance activities as per schedule..

Range calculation for Field instruments like DP type level, flow, pressure Transmitters.

Calibration and maintenance of Pressure switch, level switch, flow switch, Temperature switch ,Vibration switch etc.

Analytical Instruments like Conductivity meter, pH, ORP.

Calibration & Testing of Pressure safety valve, Breather valves, flame arrestors.

Maintenance and repair of process plant instruments, execution of Predictive, 

Corrective , Preventive, opportunistic. 

Maintain 5s in our documentation and inventory
