Start-up Approvals for all processes like, Extrusion Blow moulding(EBM), Injection Blow Moulding (IBM), Injection Moulding(IM)& Closures Assembly machine.

Issue  Product approval during  start  up  and mould change overs of  FG.

Preparation of sampling instructions specifications test  methods and other quality  control  procedures.

In house and outside Testing of RM/FG/PM & issue of Certificate of Analysis.

Lab Documentation.

Pre-Dispatch Inspection Monitoring and Report Approval. (PDI)

COA preparation..

Daily preparation of calibration of equipment.
