Scheduling & planning predictive & preventive maintenance of various machinery & instruments in order to increase machine up time and equipment reliability, following MTTR & MTBF techniques.

Conducting root cause analysis; monitoring major shutdowns and de-bottle necking of equipment.

Identifying areas of obstructions/breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment's through applications of troubleshooting tools; overseeing the identifications of areas of obstruction and taking steps to rectify it; reviewing existing processes and redesigning the same to operational efficacy.
