Development of Improvements for Injection Moulding tool dedicated for complex structural Moulding in order to sustain the manufacturing process

Develop methods to track effectiveness of Tool & Die systems and identify and implement items to drive improvements

Responsible to implement improvements for tool development thru acquisition with externalvendors

Support activities to improve and sustain Tool life record on the Dies Assure the continuousreplacement of spare parts for existing Dies thru Leading Die Design thru internal modeling,simulations and external vendors support

Guiding new tooling projects introduction to the manufacturing process

Implement root causes to resolve manufacturing and quality issues related to Injection Moulding Tooling

Directs efforts of cross-functional development team who are responsible for all aspects of launching new tooling projects from concept to volume production

Independently assesses moderately-complex supplier processes and performs supplier auditsand selection

Fundamentals of plastics material properties, molding process development, and tooling design

Executing the new projects by doing design review.

Planning for Tool Maintenance activity periodically & Mould Assembly

Responsible for Preventive maintenance

Ensure to handle the all-breakdown activity and resolve the issue through the drill down analysis

Maintaining all documents of Tool Room

Capable of handling all measuring instruments like Profile Projector, Vernier Caliper,Micrometer, Digital Height
