Job Profile : 

Production:

Production output  monitoring as per the production planning report released.

Minimum achievement of OEE-75% in Production/ and compounding

Raw material (BOM) requirement raised to purchase department.

Continuous follow-up of Raw material requirements as per production plan.

Ensure the production report is checked and approved for entering into ERP, as per physical. Movements of fittings and Pipes. 

Tool preparation for the next program to reduce the setup time.

CIP- programme for reduction on Down time./ Productivity / Kaizens 

Maintainance:

Machine schedule /preventive maintenance as per the plan drawn per machine history card

Quality:

Quality of the products as per the quality plan specifications.

Agri/ SWR/ CPVC/ ASTM-  fittings & Pipes.

First shot approval coordination /Online in process monitoring of 4 hourly in process checks monitoring.

Responsibilities:

New project started in this concern bath fittings.

I have the responsibility  for both molding  and assembly.

All molds trials have completed under my observation and guidance.

Shift Supervisor

Review the shift daily & weekly reports.

Cost saving suggestions and Implementation.

Achieving, the. Production   target.

Supporting the assembly as per their requirement.
