Job Roles :

Material Testing

In-mould labels (IML) and Adhesive label Substrate testing.

Gsm ,Thickness & ink Drawdown tape test. 

Certificate of assurance (COA) making.

Shade card making & Text matter checking. 

Printed material testing  scuff test, tape test, Gsm, Thickness & Punched labels size approval

Dispatch & records of inspection results, product and process performance, and corrective action taken.

Handling Customer Complaints and Visiting Customer for Problem solving.

Making Internal and Customer CAR (Corrective action report).

Root cause analysis.

Monitoring production and measure finished product quality characteristics against requirements.

Make quality decisions (accept or reject) on the basis of clients.

Interacting with customer to understand quality requirements and feedback, ensuring that their needs are met.

Provide excellent customer service and support.
